Upon arrival, we discover the homeowner’s prized plastic flamingo lawn ornament had somehow found its way into the outdoor condenser unit. The result? A perfectly preserved pink popsicle! We freed the frigid fowl and got the AC running smoothly again, much to the relief of both the homeowner and their frosty feathered friend.
The Great Catalina Foothills Cat-astrophe
During a routine HVAC installation in Catalina Foothills, our technician encountered an unexpected helper – a curious kitty who decided to “supervise” the proceedings. As our team member reached into their toolbox, the feline friend saw an opportunity for a game of hide-and-seek. Cue a hilarious chase around the house, with our technician in hot pursuit of a cat carrying a crucial component in its mouth!
The Amphi Attic Adventure
An air conditioner repair job in Amphi took an unexpected turn when our technician discovered a family of raccoons had turned the attic into their personal resort. These masked bandits had fashioned a makeshift water park using the condensation from the AC unit. We successfully relocated the furry vacationers and fixed the leak, but not before snapping a few photos for our “Cutest Critters Encountered on the Job” wall of fame.

Needless to say, we quickly installed a proper air conditioning system before their home turned into an aquarium.
